These terms apply to the tools made by Dr. Kaushik on this site: PediDose (paediatric drug doses and disease library; the Emergency, Pediatric Drugs and Newborn drugs tabs are free), Growth charts, and the Neonatal Jaundice Calculator (together the "service"). By using the service or buying access you agree to them.
Who it is for
The service is a decision-support tool for qualified doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. It is not for parents or patients, and it does not give medical advice.
Clinical responsibility
Doses, thresholds and charts are taken from published guidelines and references (for example IAP, AAP, NICE, WHO and CDC). The tools can contain errors, and guidelines change. You must check every result against the guideline and your unit protocol, and you remain fully responsible for every clinical decision. To the extent the law allows, Dr. Kaushik is not liable for any loss or harm arising from the use of the service.
Free trial
When you sign in for the first time with a verified email, all three tools are open for 7 days. The trial starts once per account and cannot be restarted. After 7 days the tools lock again, except the free parts of PediDose (Emergency, Pediatric Drugs, Newborn drugs), until you buy access. You are not charged automatically.
Full access
Each tool can be bought on its own or in a bundle. Each purchase is a one-time payment (no subscription) at the price shown at checkout:

Access is linked to the email you sign in with and is for your personal use. Do not share your sign-in. Access lasts for as long as the service is offered; if the service is ever closed, we will try to give notice on this site.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay on the website and by Google Play in the Android app. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Changes
We may update the tool and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction.
