Refund and cancellation policy

Each tool (PediDose, all tabs except Emergency, Pediatric Drugs and Newborn drugs, Growth charts, Neonatal Jaundice Calculator) is a one-time digital purchase, alone or in a bundle, at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email drkaushik2050@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with the email you signed in with, and we will refund the full amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Failed or double payments

If money was taken but access did not unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will unlock access or refund the extra payment.
